Stir Fry

Add all the ingredients (except soy sauce)to a pan with 2 spoons of water , fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Top up with soy sauce 

Quinoa-Bowl

Bring Quinoa, broccoli and frozen vegetables  to a boil . Top with pumpkin seeds , avocado and lemon, enjoy hot.

In a food processor or blender blend all the ingredients. Enjoy !

Fresh lemon salad

Whisk ingredients and the dressing , add a little bit of balsamic vinegar if desired.
