Ingredients
    1. Raw sunflower seeds
    2. Almonds
    3. Cashews
    4. Raisins
    5. Dried cranberries 
    6. Peanuts

Mix all the ingredients well, enjoy when you feel hungry or bored - very filling and delicious

Good for take out on those trails and long hikes.
