Stir Fry

Ingredients
    • Broccoli 1 cup florets
    • Bell pepper (red, green or orange) 1 cup
    • 1 Zuchini
    • 1/2 cup tofu 
    • 1/2 cup mushrooms 
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1 spoon peeled and chopped ginger
    • 2 spoons soy sauce 


Add all the ingredients (except soy sauce)to a pan with 2 spoons of water , fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Top up with soy sauce
